Tai Chi Workshop with Philippe Gagnon

This workshop explores in greater depth the nuances of tai chi, and will guide us to a more mindful practice. Philippe Gagnon was part of the group of leading instructors at Master Moy’s original school. He will share with us some of his deep knowledge of his internal art.

This is an advance workshop and explores in even greater depth the nuances of tai chi.
