Ahead of our winter Beginners Tai Chi course, which starts at the end of January 2026, Qing Long Tai Chi Arts Society is offering 4 open houses before class begins. Attend one or attend all. No cost, no obligation. This is a chance to come and see what we do in our tai chi practice.

Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation that results in students finding balance and relaxation, while improving body awareness, strength, flexibility, and mental/cognitive health.

We practice a modified Yang set, as developed by Taoist monk Moy Lin Shin, to maximize the health benefits from its gentle and effective movements.
